The Alimia Group is a diversified group involved in ship owning, ship repairs and logistics/infrastructure investments. It was established in 2021 following the sale of the founding shareholders' majority holding in another shipping/logistics group with a 45-year track record. It consists of Alimia Shipping Limited and Alimia Enterprises Company Limited. Head offices are located in Athens/Greece, Nicosia/Cyprus and Madrid/Spain. Owned ships are exclusively managed by Laskaridis Maritime S.A., a ship management company.

Astilleros Canarios SA / Astican in Las Palmas, Spain

Astican has a versatile Syncrolift platform with a lifting capacity for vessels up to 36,000 dwt and 7 dry-docking lanes. It caters to all types of vessels, structures, marine energy devices and offshore units.

Astilleros de Santander SA / Astander in Santander, Spain

Astander undertakes all kinds of repairs on all types of ships and is highly experienced in upgrading and conversion projects. It has 2 drydocks and can accommodate vessels up to 75,000 dwt.

Astilleros Panama SA / Astibal in Panama, Panama

Astibal undertakes all kinds of repairs with its 3 graving docks and is the only shipyard with the capacity to dry dock 82,000 dwt vessels between the US / West Cost and Chile.
